With the use of 6 different 3D software systems, Precision
Die and Stamping utilizes the correct software for the needed application.
Our CAD systems are intergrated with our machining CAM systems. When
a part or design is complete, transforming it into finished, machined
part can be inexpensive and cost effective. We run all programs through
"Cutviewer" software. It animates and analyzes each cut
and dispalys gouge detection and any deformation in the machined geometry.
"Cutviewer" renders each machined pass and shows pass overlays,
dramatically reducing hand-work and polishing to an absolute minimum. |
