Precision Die and Stamping has designed and built dozens
of electrical terminal and contact stamping dies. These tools take
a special understanding of how to work adjustability into a multi-million
production run per year. Utilizing as little as a 3/8" stroke,
we can custom design tooling so the operator can adjust virtually
all dimensions from the outside of the tool. Using multiple dwelling
and positive retract techniques, we can implement almost any shape
into a simple to maintain tool. In this industry, 1000 strokes per
minute can either be a profitable or an unproductive number. Stamping
with a non-functionally designed and built die will hinder the chances
for profits. Keeping that in mind, we have implemented techniques
and practices, in order to better guarantee a productive friendly
and desirable tool. We simply design to decrease down time, while
increasing profits throughout the production stamping process. |
