| Precision Die and Stamping specializes in complex and precise stamping dies. Our dies usually entail complicated CNC machining and tight tolerances. In the competitive market of metal stampings, and the high cost of steel materials, sometimes "Class A" tooling is not justified for low volume production. Our estimating department will work with your company to help get the highest quality tool for the required budget. We can quote to build a stamping die, using the newest technology such as cam forming, cam piercing, "In-Die" tapping, die protection, and quick die change scenarios; or we can quote to build several single out dies. | |||

| We prefer to build the best quality yet work with our customers to explain cost saving procedures. Our estimating department develops a very thorough quote and reviews the options of the die on a one to one basis. We have built many very complex progressive dies, draw dies and roto-forming dies; using some of the most difficult materials and restrictions. Our tool room is full of accurate updated CNC and manual equipment. All of our journeyman toolmakers have a very experienced background. Capabilities include Die building, Tool making, Jig and Fixture manufacturing, and Gauging tools. Our full service tool room can handle new tooling, outside sharpening and repair, and everything in between.
